To continuously evaluate financial and operating systems, improving the quality of management and related services. To create an organization that combines the common interests and missions of patients, physicians, and St. Peter's Hospital to improve the overall health of the community. To create systems that identify, evaluate, and provide necessary medical services to the community, while reducing medical services duplication overall.
